Mr. Fakhruddin Jadaliwala is graduated from the Gujarat University in Commerce and Law. He is also a Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is having more than 12 years’ experience in the field of Corporate Law and Securities Law. He worked as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in various Indian Companies and Multinational Companies.

Mr. Sanket Shah is graduated from the Mumbai University in Commerce and Law. He has completed his law graduation from Jitendra Chauhan College of Law (JCCL). He is having more than 3 years’ experience in the field of Civil Law, Corporate Law and Securities Law. He has worked as an Associate with M/s Akshar Laws and was also an intern with Mr. Devendra Udani. He has completed his Inter CA in 2008 from Institute of chartered accountant of India and completed articleship in the year 2012 from Kantilal Patel & Co. (Member of Polaris International). He is having more than 13 years’ experience in the field of Indian Direct and Indirect Tax Law. He is Proprietor of Vikas Purohit & Associates.
